Mission Carmel Condominium Association Reminder 

Mission Inn Resort is responsible for maintenance and care of the trees, roads, and grounds. When you have questions  about the wall, roads, trees, and other items to be maintained by Mission Inn Resort, please contact Mission Inn directly.  Sending pictures to them would be helpful.

Main resort number 352-324-3101 Hotel Reception Desk (call to report maintenance issues: back gate, broken light at the gate, fallen limbs on the road and the wall, etc.). Please remember that Mission Carmel board members do not have the answers to your questions regarding those items, so it’s best to ask Mission Resort directly.

When you see a violation of the rules, please send email to [email protected] and put Mission Carmel in the subject line. Include a picture, the unit number, and date. Management is not onsite. Nor does it perform inspections. Management is dependent on receiving any violation information from you.
